A light comedy in the manner of Neil Simon. Allan, recently divorced, conducts marriages in City Hall___not exactly a great job for meeting wife number two. But when an old high school crush arrives to be married, he must desperately find a way to sabotage the impending ceremony and win her back from her bewildered fiance.
