Hemorrhage

In the reality that is now southern America, a young couple must travel from Georgia to Virginia to get an abortion, but when she hemorrhages and starts to bleed out on the way back in a state that has criminalized abortion – should they try and make it back across state lines into the safety of Virginia, or risk being arrested by going to the emergency room?
